I prospektet som ble offentliggjort den 3. desember 2012 er det opplyst følgende om avtalen som selskapet har inngått med Viridis Biopharma Ptv. Ltd, India.

The Company has entered into a 3 year supply agreement with Viridis Biopharma Ptv. Ltd, India (“Viridis”) for the exclusive rights to sell and market Viridis' natural Vitamin K2 products under NattoPharma's brand MenaQ7® into the global Fortified Food and Animal Feed market as well as the Food Supplement market. Launching MenaQ7 Crystals (new technology obtaining vitamin K2) exclusively for the Company in EU, USA and ROW (rest of the world).

Den eksklusive retten til salg og markedsføring gjelder etter avtalen med Viridis naturlig vitamin K2 i krystallisert form og selskapet ønsker derfor å presisere det som er opplyst om avtalen som følger;
The Company has entered into a 3 year supply agreement with Viridis Biopharma Ptv. Ltd, India (“Viridis”) for the exclusive rights to sell and market Viridis' crystallized natural Vitamin K2 products using crystallized MK7 technology under NattoPharma's brand MenaQ7® into the global Fortified Food and Animal Feed market as well as the Food Supplement market except for India. The Company is launching MenaQ7 Crystals (new technology obtaining vitamin K2) exclusively in EU, USA and rest of the world (except for India).
