Mandatory notification of trade

Telio Holding ASA has October 7, 2014 sold 25,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 22.50 per share. The shares were sold as part of the company`s share option program. As part of the compensation scheme employees are offered options when they are employed by the company. The vesting (i.e also exercise) date of the options granted depends on when the employee signed the employment contract. After this transaction, there are 508,100 outstanding options in the company with strike price from NOK 3.0 to NOK 39,00 (average NOK 16.01). After this transaction, Telio Holding ASA holds 304,201 own shares.
