NOMI- EXTENSION OF MINERAL CLAIMS AT ENGEBØFJELLET
The Norwegian Ministry of Industry and Trade has granted Nordic Mining an extension of 10 years to initiate trial production or to apply for regular production permit for the company`s nine mineral claims (`utmål`) at Engebøfjellet. The 10 years extension is from 23 October 2007.
Nordic Mining has launched a planning program related to production of rutile concentrat (TiO2) at Engebøfjellet. Naustdal municipality has submitted the program to various governmental and private institutions. Nordic Mining will conduct environmental impact studies based on the planning program and comments received to this.
