Paris, September 13, 2005 Setting of a trial date in the United States Plavix® Litigation Today sanofi-aventis announced that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has set a trial date for the Plavix® patent litigation against Apotex Inc. and Apotex Corp. pending before that court.
