Det vises til børsmelding datert 22. mai 2012 vedrørende Selvaag Boligs offentlige tilbud ("Tilbudet") og transaksjonsdetaljene for Tilbudet.

Finanstilsynet har nå godkjent prospektet som er utarbeidet i forbindelse med Tilbudet og noteringen av Selvaag Boligs aksjer på Oslo Børs ("Prospektet").

Prospektet vil fra begynnelsen av bookbuilding-perioden og bestillingsperioden i Tilbudet (den 23. mai 2012 kl. 09.00) være tilgjengelig på www.selvaagbolig.no, www.abgsc.com, www.dnb.no/emisjoner, og www.paretosec.no. En fysisk kopi av Prospektet kan fra samme dato også innhentes uten kostnad fra Selvaag Boligs forretningskontor i Lørenvangen 22, 0580 Oslo, eller ved å kontakte en av tilretteleggerne.

ABG Sundal Collier, DNB Markets og Pareto Securities er Joint Lead Managers (tilretteleggere) for Tilbudet. ABG Sundal Collier og DNB Markets er Joint Bookrunners for Tilbudet. ABG Sundal Collier, DNB Markets og Pareto Securities vil sammen anbefale allokering av aksjene i Tilbudet.
