Oslo, 8. juni 2012: Selvaag Bolig ASA ("Selvaag Bolig" eller "Selskapet", ticker "SBO")

Det vises til børsmeldinger datert 22. mai 2012 vedrørende Selvaag Boligs søknad om notering av Selskapets aksjer på Oslo Børs og den planlagte kapitalforhøyelsen i form av et offentlig tilbud av nye aksjer i Selskapet ("Tilbudet"), og børsmelding datert 8. juni 2012 om forlengelse av book-building- og bestillingsperiode.

Selvaag Bolig has besluttet å fastsette prisen i Tilbudet til NOK 20 per aksje. Selskapet har blitt informert av tilretteleggerne om at boken på tidspunktet for denne meldingen er tilfredsstillende dekket på denne prisen, i tillegg til mer enn 500 investorer, og dermed oppfyller vilkårene for notering som satt av Oslo Børs.

Book-buildingperioden for det institusjonelle tilbudet vil stenge klokken 17:30 (CET) på mandag 11. juni 2012, og bestillingsperioden for tilbudet til allmennheten og ansattetilbudet vil stenge klokken 12:00 (CET) på mandag 11. juni 2012, men likevel slik at Selskapet forbeholder seg rett til, etter eget skjønn og uten ytterligere varsel, til å stenge book-building- og bestillingsperiodene tidligere, men likevel ikke før klokken 17:30 (CET) på fredag 8. juni 2012.
