REGISTERED SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE
Reference is made the announcement by Autronica Fire and Secutity AS ("Autronica") 3 May 2011 regarding conversion of the convertible loan previously issued by Autronica to Simtronics ASA.
The new share capital following conversion has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital following the capital increase is NOK 15,658,611.82, divided on 107,134,563 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.146158358.
