SIMTRONICS ASA ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH AUTRONICA FIRE AND SECURITY AS

Simtronics ASA announced today that it has signed an agreement for a Short term credit facility of NOK 50 million with Autronica Fire and Security AS. The financing is an additional funding to the NOK 28 million bridge loans that has been announced previously.

The loan shall be used for financing present and future working capital requirements of the company. The loan, together with accrued interest and fees shall be repaid on 31 December 2011 or at such earlier date as Autronica may notify to Simtronics.
