TRANSFER OF SHARES

With reference to the stock exchange release from 16 March 2009 (Issuance of new shares), Simtronics today announces that the shares issued to the former owners of Water Mist Engineering AS and ETech Process AS, that have until now been registered on separate ISIN NO 001 0508468, today will be transferred to ISIN NO 001 0349830 – Simtronics Ordinary shares. The total number of shares transferred is 4,405,387, and after the transfer the total number of shares registered on ISIN 001 0349830 will be 69,463,511. This number is in accordance with the number of shares registered on Simtronics ASA at the Oslo Stock Exchange.
