AMUND SKARHOLT NEW CEO OF TOMRA

Asker, March 1, 2005 - TOMRA today announced that it has appointed Amund Skarholt as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Skarholt will assume his new position in April 2005 and will take the helm of the world's leading provider of products and solutions for the profitable and efficient collection and recycling of packaging material.

Prior to joining TOMRA, Amund Skarholt, worked 14 years with IBM and 12 years with Securitas. The last 18 months he has successfully restructured Bravida ASA.
