Aquisition of 4 pipes GmbH – Uniwater’s first acquisition in Germany
Uniwater, one of the Nordic region's leading groups in water infrastructure, has acquired 4 pipes GmbH, an independent manufacturer and distributor of pipeline accessories, based in Nuremberg, Germany. The acquisition marks the group’s entry to Central Europe with a broader platform of water infrastructure products and is the fourth addition to the group in 2024.

The company is led by Managing Directors Frank Hellman and Jörg Klingenberg and has around 50 employees. 4 pipes strengthens Uniwater's business area Products which already include IBECO, Lauridsen and ABAT.
