New Contracts in Sweden worth SEK 48 million: Veidekke Builds Houses for the Elderly in Partille and Reconstructs a Bridge in Sunne
Vecon's contract is for new construction and refurbishing of the Forellen Housing Project for the Elderly in Partille. The total gross floor area is 12,600 m2 distributed between basement, ground floor and five apartment floors.
The construction work will be carried out as a general contract and will start on 1 March this year. Completion date has been set for 1 March 2004. The contract value is SEK 45 million. Vecon's client is Partillebo Lokaler AB.
Bridge S100 in Sunne
The contract includes among other things laying of new insulation and a new road surface, as well as painting work. Vecon's client is the Swedish Public Roads Administration, Region West. The work will be carried out as a general contract at a value of SEK 3.6 million. It is scheduled to start on 2 April and will be completed by the end of June this year.
