Profier chooses Veidekke: New Building Projects for NOK 143 million
· Bekkestua, Bærum: A building of 32 flats, with a self-service shop of 1,000 m2 for Vinmonopolet (the Norwegian Public Wine and Spirits retail) on the ground floor. The contract price is NOK 62 million excluding VAT.
· Sem, Tønsberg: A building of 22 flats, two shops and a restaurant. The completion date is October 2002, and the contract price is NOK 28 million excluding VAT.
· Lyngdal, Vest-Agder: A combined project with a grocery store, offices and apartments. The contract price is NOK 18 million, VAT excluded.
· Heimdal, Trondheim: 20 flats on two floors with a grocery store, pharmacy and a petrol station on the ground floor. The contract price is NOK 35 million.
