NESSKIP HF - SALESOPTION MINORITY SHAREHOLDER EXERCISED

Wilson bought in 2006 the majority share of the
Icelandic company Nesskip hf. The remaining
shareholders of Nesskip have put options on their
shares until 2016 after which Wilson has call
options on the same shares. The option price per
share is identical to the price paid per share in
the acquisition in 2006 plus interest until
settlement.

One of the shareholders of Nesskip, Mr. Hilmar
Gudmundsson, has decided to exercise put option
for his shares in Nesskip, totaling 2.700.693
shares. The transaction amounts to MNOK 6,6 plus
contractual interest. Settlement for the shares
will take place in 2008 according to further
agreement between the parties.

Following the subject transaction and final
settlement of the transactions as announced 11th
July 2007, Wilson will own 69.594.070 shares in
Nesskip, totaling 71 % of the share capital. The
remaining shares of Nesskip are owned by Nesskip
employees.
