PURCHASE OF VESSELS

Wilson has entered into an agreement with German
shipowners Lohmann regarding the purchase of 2
vessels to further expand its market activities.

Wilson has entered into an agreement to acquire:
- MV Helen - 3.700 dwt, built in 1992
- MV Niklas - 3.700 dwt, built in 1992

Total purchase price has been agreed to EUR
7.650.000 and delivery of the vessels will be
January - February 2008. At delivery, the vessels
will be given Wilson-names.

The acquisition of an additional 2 vessels
substantiates Wilson`s stated growth strategy. The
company is also a firm believer in a continuous
healthy market for contracts of affreightments as
well as spot shipments in its various segments.
The purchase of MV Helen and MV Niklas represents
an increase in Wilson`s current fleet and will
contribute to improved carrying capacity and
operational flexibility.

After this transaction, Wilson will operate a
fleet of 109 vessels, whereof 75 are owned.
