NOBA Holding AB (publ)’s subsidiary NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) has successfully issued sub. T2 bonds

NOBA Holding AB (publ)’s indirect subsidiary NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) (”NOBA”) has successfully issued two tranches of subordinated Tier 2 bonds of NOK 400.5 million and SEK 351 million respectively. The bonds have a 10.25-year tenor with a possible first call after 5 years and carries an interest of NIBOR/STIBOR 3 months + 7.00%. The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Settlement date will be 15 June 2023.

The bonds have been issued under NOBA’s SEK 5 billion MTN programme.

Carnegie, Nordea and SEB have acted as joint lead managers in the transaction.
