Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, 11th December 2000 The Nobel Biocare Board of Directors have today decided to hold an extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on December 11th 2000, to discuss a proposal for some changes of the Board of Directors. The complete proposal will be announced in the Swedish newspapers Göteborgs-Posten, Svenska Dagbladet and Post & Inrikes Tidningar. Gothenburg, 25th October 2000 NOBEL BIOCARE AB Board of Directors Nobel Biocare is an innovative, medical devices company, whose core business comprises dental implants and dental prosthetics.
