Nobel Biocare Holding AG: First trading day in Zurich and Stockholm for new share On Monday, June 24, 2002, the shares of Nobel Biocare Holding AG were introduced on the Zurich and Stockholm stock exchanges and trading started this morning. This follows the successful share exchange offer from Nobel Biocare Holding AG to the shareholders of Nobel Biocare AB. The new shares are being quoted on the Main Board of the SWX Swiss Exchange and on the A- list, Most traded list, on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. In a comment, Heliane Canepa, CEO of Nobel Biocare, says: "The successful implementation of the new holding structure of Nobel Biocare will improve our strong position as the market leader in dental implants and prosthetics and our brand name even further.
