Nobel Biocare's Executive Management resigns

Nobel Biocare's Executive Management resigns Jack Forsgren, CEO of Nobel Biocare, has today informed his Board of Directors that he has decided to leave the company. The reasons for the decision are differences in opinions between the CEO and the largest shareholder, BB Medtech, Switzerland, regarding how Nobel Biocare shall be managed and developed long term and how to split work and responsibility between Executive Management and the Board of Directors. Nobel Biocare's two Executive Vice Presidents, Carsten Browall, 1:st Executive Vice President and responsible for Dental Implants, and Magdalena Kock-Hermansson, 2:nd Executive Vice President and responsible for Human Resources, have also decided to leave the company.
