Gerard De Geer joins the Board of Nobia

At today's general meeting of Nobia AB Gerard De Geer was elected to the Board of the company. Christian Lorenzen left the Board.

Gerard De Geer, born in 1949, has been working as Director Operations & Business Control at Industri Kapital since 2001. Previously he spent seven years as Vice President and Head of Swedish Operations with the management consultancy A.T. Kearney, and prior to that he held a number of senior positions within manufacturing industry in Scandinavia.
 
De Geer was educated at the Stockholm School of Economics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 
Other board positions that he holds include the vice chairmanship of Lindex AB and membership of the boards of MacGregor International AB, AB Elektrokoppar and Addtek International Oy.
 
The Board of Nobia is made up of Hans Larsson (Chairman), Harald Mix, Fredrik Cappelen (President and CEO, Nobia), Gerard De Geer, Karsten Bomann Jonsen, Wilhelm Laurén, Thomas Nilsson, Staffan Schéle, Flemming Østergaard and Erik Larsson.
