Lilian Fossum Biner proposed as new Board member

Nobia's Nomination Committee has informed the company about its proposals to the Board of Directors.

Lotta Stalin, who has served on the Board for five years, has declined reelection. In light of this, the Nomination Committe proposes that the Annual General Meeting elects Lilian Fossum Biner as new Board member. Lilian Fossum Biner formerly held positions at AB Electrolux and Axel Johnson AB. Her extensive experience includes among other areas financial controlling, strategic pricing and multiple brand strategy. She is a Board member of Oriflame, Retail & Brands, Thule and Swiss Givaudan.

The Nomiation Committee also proposes reelection of the present Board members Johan Molin, who is also proposed as Chairman of the Board, Nora Førisdal Larssen, Bodil Eriksson, Thore Ohlsson, Fredrik Palmstierna, Rolf Eriksen and Morten Falkenberg.

The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be published on 12 March.
