Proposal for new Board of Directors in Nobia The Nomination Committee appointed by Nobia AB's main owners proposes that the company's shareholders re-elect the current Directors Fredrik Cappelen, Karsten Bomann Jonsen, Hans Larsson, Wilhelm Laurén, Harald Mix, Thomas Nilsson and Gerhard de Geer to the company's Board and elect Bodil Eriksson as a new Director at the Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2003. Bodil Eriksson is Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications at Axfood AB. She has previously worked as head of Corporate Communications at Volvo Personvagnar. Staffan Schéle, Flemming Østergaard and Erik Larsson have declined re- election.
