Warrant Programme in Nobia

Warrant Programme in Nobia 91 senior executives and key personnel in the Nobia group have subscribed for 774,600 warrants carrying the right to subscribe for newly issued shares in Nobia AB. The subscription price is SEK 70.50. The warrants mature on May 22, 2008 and can be exercised for subscription to shares during the period May 22, 2005 - May 22, 2008. At full subscription the total holding of shares will increase with 774,600 shares, which corresponds to a dilution of approximately 1.3 per cent of total number of shares.
