Nobina AB's Annual and Sustainability Report 2021/2022

During 2021/2022, Nobina grew and achieved its highest ever earnings. Sales rose to SEK 13.1 billion. EBITA amounted to SEK 1,247 million. A steady strengthening of the core business of public bus transport services was noted during the year. The strong trend was also linked to the increase in extra traffic and to operations in service traffic. At the end of the year, Nobina gained a new owner, Basalt, which meant the delisting of the company’s shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.
