Nobina wins city and regional transport contracts in Halland
Nobina has won two city and regional transport contracts for the whole of Halland and can continue to develop public transport together with Hallandstrafiken. The contracts will involve 127 scheduled buses and a contract value of approximately SEK 3 billion.
The services will be launched on 15 June 2020. The contracts will run for ten years without an optional extension period. All of the buses will be fitted with USB chargers, WiFi and on-board, real-time information and will operate on fossil-free fuel. City transport in Laholm and Halmstad and Falkenberg and Varberg include an option for a portion of electric buses.

The award decision can be appealed until 20 May 2019.
