Nobina has been awarded a new contract by Midttrafik to operate and develop city transport services in Horsens and the surrounding areas. All services will be operated by electric buses from the start of the contract in June 2023. This represents a clear commitment to sustainability.

The term of the agreement is ten years, with an option for a total of four extension years, and comprises a total of 17 scheduled electric buses. For the security and comfort of passengers, all buses will naturally be equipped with security cameras and both Wi-Fi and USB chargers.

“We are proud and pleased to again collaborate with Midttrafik. Together, and with shared ambitions, we have an opportunity to continue to develop sustainable and safe journeys,” says Bram Lauwers, Business Area Director Nobina Denmark.

The award decision can be appealed until 10 June 2022.
