Nobina has appointed Patrik Sjölund as new CFO of Nobina AB. Patrik took over as CFO as part of an interim solution in November 2022 and will formally assume the role as permanent CFO on 6 February.

Patrik will remain as a member of Group management and report to the President and CEO Henrik Dagnäs. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from the University of Gävle and previous experience as CFO from a number of sectors, such as manufacturing and industry, installation, telecom, oil and transportation, with an emphasis on international roles and complex environments.

“Following a thorough recruitment process with several competent candidates, I am now pleased to announce that Patrik Sjölund will transition from interim to permanent CFO of Nobina. This is an important recruitment for Nobina as we now evolve from being a former listed company into a privately-owned company with a new ownership structure. We are also at a time when the economic climate is challenging and the external environment is making new demands on Nobina. Patrik possesses all of the tools and experience needed to work together with our employees in finance to develop our company moving forward,” says Henrik Dagnäs, President and CEO of Nobina.
