Repurchase of shares in Nobina
During 19 December 2019, Nobina AB (publ) (“Nobina”) repurchased a total of 27,960 Nobina shares within the framework of the repurchase programme introduced by the Board of Directors to meet the requirements arising under Nobina’s Share Saving Scheme, meaning securing the delivery of Performance Shares to the participants and securing and covering the costs for any social security contributions that may arise. The repurchase programme, which Nobina announced on 29 October 2019, is being implemented in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (“Safe Harbour Regulation”).
During 19 December 2019, shares in Nobina have been repurchased as set out below.

All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Pareto Securities AB on behalf of Nobina. Following the above acquisitions, Nobina’s holding of treasury shares amounted to 2,208,321 as per 19 December 2019. The total number of shares in Nobina is 88,355,682.
A full breakdown of the transactions conducted according to article 5.3 of MAR and article 2.3 of the Safe Harbour Regulation is attached to this press release. Since 30 October 2019 up to and including 19 December 2019, a total of 961,667 shares have been repurchased within the scope of the programme. A maximum of 961,667 shares in total may be repurchased.
