Resolutions from extraordinary general meeting of Nobina AB (publ)

An extraordinary general meeting of Nobina AB (publ) was held on March 4, 2014, in the company’s offices in Solna.

The Meeting decided to elect Graham Oldroyd as new ordinary board member to serve until the end of the next annual shareholders’ meeting. In addition, the Board of Directors of Nobina AB consists of the chairman Jan Sjöqvist, and board members John Allkins, Birgitta Kantola and Gunnar Reitan.

The newly elected member in brief: Graham Oldroyd has held various executive positions in the European private equity fund manager Bridgepoint, and was Partner and responsible for Bridgepoint’s investment activity for the Nordic region from 2000 to 2009. Graham Oldroyd has a degree in Engineering from Cambridge University, England, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD Business School, France. The Meeting decided on the adjustment of remuneration for board members. The remuneration is thereafter SEK 900 000 to the chairman, and SEK 450 000 to each of John Allkins, Birgitta Kantola , Graham Oldroyd and Gunnar Reitan.
