SUGAR LAND, Texas, October 3, 2022 /CNW/ - Pursuant to Sections 30 and 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Noble Corporation plc ("Noble") hereby announces receipt of the following notifications following the completion of the business combination between Noble and The Drilling Company of 1972 A/S ("Maersk Drilling"):
On October 3, 2022, APMH INVEST A/S has, on behalf of itself and its ultimate owner A.P. MØLLER OG HUSTRU CHASTINE MC-KINNEY MØLLERS FOND TIL ALMENE FORMAAL, notified Noble that upon completion of the recommended voluntary public share exchange offer by Noble on October 3, 2022 (the "Exchange Offer"), APMH INVEST A/S holds 27,890,529 A ordinary shares in Noble corresponding to 21.37% of the total share capital and 21.37% of the total voting rights in Noble. APMH INVEST A/S is wholly owned by A.P. MØLLER HOLDING A/S, which is wholly owned by A.P. MØLLER OG HUSTRU CHASTINE MC-KINNEY MØLLERS FOND TIL ALMENE FORMAAL.
