CHANGE IN RESTAMAX PLC EXECUTIVE TEAM

Restamax Plc's Vice CEO and Executive Team member Harri Niskanen is leaving Restamax on 1 April 2016. Niskanen has been in the service of the Group since 1 March 2015, and has been responsible, for his part, for the company's operations, development and result together with CEO Markku Virtanen.

"I would like to thank Niskanen for his significant contribution to the development of our Group, and I wish him every success for the future," says Virtanen.

From 1 April 2016, Restamax's Executive Team will consist of the following people:
