CHANGE IN RESTAMAX PLC'S MANAGEMENT TEAM

Harri Niskanen (born 1970) has been appointed as restaurant company Restamax Plc's Deputy CEO and management group member starting 1 March 2015. Niskanen will transfer to his new position from his current position as Regional Director of the Restel Group. He has worked for the hotel and restaurant company Restel since 1992.

Niskanen will be in charge of the company's operations, result and development together with the CEO. Niskanen will report to CEO Markku Virtanen.

- Niskanen has solid experience in the profitable management of the hotel and restaurant business as well as an extensive network of partners. It is a matter of great significance to get such a professional director into our company. Niskanen will bring valuable expertise and a clear vision to our management that will support the implementation of our future growth plan, says the company's CEO Markku Virtanen.
