Hansamix Oy withdraws its lawsuit concerning the use of the Flame trademark

In January 2014, the Kemijärvi-based company Hansamix Oy sued Restamax Plc to appear at the Market Court for the breach of its registered trademark Flame and for prohibited unfair imitation. Restamax Plc published a stock exchange release regarding the matter on 31 January 2014.

In accordance with a Market Court decision issued on 25 March 2014 that remains final, Hansamix Oy has withdrawn its lawsuit and its application. The matter is closed.

The name Flame is no longer is use in Restamax's business operations.
