INVITATION TO RESTAMAX PLC'S NEW NAME AND STRATEGY LAUNCH EVENT AT RESTAURANT SAVOY ON TUESDAY 27 NOVEMBER AT 9AM

Restamax Plc is to publish its new name, strategy, future growth plans and long-term objectives. Media representatives, analysts and investors are welcome to attend the launch event to be held on Tuesday 27 November 2018 at 9am at Restaurant Savoy, at the address Eteläesplanadi 14, 00130 Helsinki.

Restamax is one of Finland's fastest-growing listed companies, and it has experienced strong, steady growth from the beginning of its history. Lately, especially, the company has been in the midst of great changes. Expansion into international markets and integration with Royal Ravintolat serve as a solid foundation for the future. The time has come for the company to redefine its identity to communicate on its objectives, opportunities and strengths better than previously.

We welcome you to discover our new name, strategy, financial objectives, international outlook and new restaurant launches. Restamax CEO Aku Vikström, CFO Jarno Suominen and Juha Helminen, who is in charge of international operations, will be present at the event.

Breakfast will be served starting at 8:30am. The launch event will be held in Finnish.
