RESTAMAX PLC BEGINS ACQUISITION OF COMPANY SHARES

The Board of Directors of Restamax Plc has decided to exercise the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2014 to purchase the company's own shares. A maximum of 200,000 shares will be acquired, which corresponds to approximately 1.22% of all shares and votes of the company. The subsidiary Huippu Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy presently holds 43,500 Restamax Plc shares.

The shares can be purchased for financing or carrying out possible acquisitions or other arrangements, to implement incentive systems within the Company, or for other purposes decided by the Board.

The shares will be purchased at the market price effective at the time of acquisition through public trading in accordance with the rules and regulations of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy. The acquisition of company shares will begin on 21 November 2014, at the earliest.
