RESTAMAX PLC'S LONG-TERM FINANCIAL GOALS FOR 2016-2018

In its meeting on 17 December 2015, Restamax Plc's Board of Directors has ratified the new long-term financial goals for strategy period 2016-2018.

The company will expand its restaurant business abroad. The company will expand abroad through corporate acquisitions and organic growth.

The company will also continue to grow profitably in Finland through the restaurant business and the labour hire business.

By the end of 2018, the company will be seeking a turnover of MEUR 180. EBITDA and operating profit are expected to remain on a good level.

The company's dividend payment policy will remain unaltered.
