RESTAMAX'S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2019 - CHANGE TO PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED PUBLICATION DATE
Restamax Plc has decided to bring forward the publication of the 2019 financial statements bulletin. The bulletin will be published on Thursday 14 February 2019 at 8:00 am, not on Tuesday 19 February 2019 at 8:00 am, as previously announced.
The interim reports for 2019 will be published as follows:
- January-March on Tuesday 7 May 2019 at 8:00 am
- January-June on Tuesday 6 August 2019 at 8:00 am
- January-September on Tuesday 5 November 2019 at 8:00 am
Restamax Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 April 2019 in Tampere. The invitation to the AGM will be published during week 13.
The financial statements bulletin and the interim reports will be published in Finnish and English.
On 27 November 2018, Restamax announced that it is changing its name to NoHo Partners Plc to better reflect its future goals and opportunities. The Board of Directors' proposal on the name change will be discussed at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 19 December 2018.
