SAMI ASIKAINEN TO BECOME MANAGING DIRECTOR OF RESTAMAX SUBSIDIARY SMILE HENKILÖSTÖPALVELUT LTD

Sami Asikainen has been invited to assume the position of Managing Director at Restamax Plc subsidiary Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut Ltd and to become a shareholder in the company, as of 1 October 2014.

Asikainen will leave his duties as Managing Director of Wulff Ltd to assume his new position. He has previously served as Sales Director for Hartwall Ltd, for example.

"The goal of Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut Ltd is to grow and develop its operations as an independent company within the Restamax Group. The company is seeking growth by expanding the range of services offered to current customers, exploring new business areas and through corporate acquisitions. The selecting of Mr Asikainen for the job strongly supports the growth strategy of our group," says Timo Laine,Chairman of the Board of Directors at Restamax.
