SMILE HENKILÖSTÖPALVELUT, A SUBSIDIARY OF RESTAMAX PLC, FINALISES THE ACQUISITION OF HUIPPU HENKILÖSTÖPALVELUT OY

On 31 December 2014, Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut, a subsidiary of Restamax Plc, finalised the acquisition of Huippu Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, which the company announced on 11 September 2014.

Based on Huippu Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy's interim financial statements published on 31 August 2014, the additional purchase price was set at EUR 53,836.44. The additional purchase price will affect Restamax's cash flow for the fourth quarter of 2014. In addition to this, the corporate acquisition entails a MEUR 0.1 additional purchase price instalment to be paid on 31 December 2016 if certain pertaining conditions are met.
