Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy signs a labour hire agreement with Holiday Club Resorts Oy

Restamax Plc's subsidiary Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy has signed a labour hire agreement with Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Europe's largest timeshare company.

Holiday Club Resorts Oy is a significant operator in the fields of holiday housing and tourism with 30 holiday resorts and more than 1,700 holiday homes in 24 municipalities in Finland. It also conducts spa and restaurant operations at six of those municipalities. The company has eight holiday resorts in Sweden, the Canary Islands and on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

The service agreement covers all Holiday Club Resorts Oy units in Finland. The agreement strengthens Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy's position in its current market areas and opens up growth opportunities in brand new areas.

The agreement enters into force on 30 June 2015 and is estimated to amount to approximately MEUR 20 in total over the next 5-7 years.
