Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) on January 13, 2023, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the announcement, Norges Bank’s (The Central Bank of Norway) direct and total holding in Nokian Tyres shares and voting rights exceeded the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on January 12, 2023.
The direct shareholding as well as total shareholding of Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) in Nokian Tyres amounted to 7,013,070 shares, corresponding to 5.05% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
