Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release February 6, 2023 at 6:45 p.m.

Nokian Tyres received a cancellation notice from Norges Bank on February 3, 2023, in which it was announced that the flagging notice sent to the company on February 2, 2023 was unwarranted. Norges Bank did not reach any threshold on February 1, 2023.

Therefore Nokian Tyres plc’s stock exchange release on Norges Bank’s flagging notification, published on February 3, 2023, was also unwarranted.
