Nokian Tyres’ Financial Review 2022 has been published

Nokian Tyres has today published its Financial Review 2022 at www.nokiantyres.com/company/investors/.
The Financial Review includes the President and CEO’s review, the Report by the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements, Auditor’s report, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report and Non-Financial Information Statement.
Nokian Tyres publishes separately a Financial Review 2022 report, inclusive of Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements, also in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Nokian Tyres’ ESEF Financial Statements.
The Financial Review 2022 is attached to this release as a XHTML file as well as a PDF file and the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report as well as the Non-Financial Information Statement as separate PDF files.
Nokian Tyres will publish its Corporate Sustainability Report for 2022 in spring 2023.
