Nokian Tyres Annual Report 2023 published

Nokian Tyres has today published its Annual Report for the year 2023 at www.nokiantyres.com/company/investors/. 

The report includes the following parts: Strategy Review, President and CEO’s review, Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report and Non-Financial Information Statement. 

The Annual Report is attached to this release as a PDF file, and the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report as well as the Non-Financial Information Statement, as separate PDF files.  

Nokian Tyres publishes the report also in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The XHTML file of the Annual Report is attached to this release. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Nokian Tyres’ ESEF Financial Statements.

Nokian Tyres Sustainability Report 2023 will be published at the end of March 2024.
