Nokian Tyres plc: Changes in Nokian Tyres operating model and leadership

Nokian Tyres plc is reorganizing the Group's organization and management structure to strengthen go-to-market execution. This is to improve operational efficiency and collaboration, and focus on building the new Nokian Tyres as the company is in the process of investing in new European capacity and exiting Russia.
The company is combining Passenger Car Tyres commercial operations under one leadership, with increasing strategic and operational synergies across the geographical areas. Anna Hyvönen, EVP North America, Nordics and Vianor and member of Nokian Tyres Management Team, has been appointed EVP Passenger Car Tyres and Vianor.

Bahri Kurter, who has been EVP Central Europe and member of Nokian Tyres Management Team, is leaving the company to pursue his career outside of Nokian Tyres.
