Nolato Nomination Committee

At the Annual Meeting of Nolato AB on April 28, 2004, the Chairman of the Board was commissioned to contact five of the largest shareholders in the Company at the end of the third quarter to discuss proposals for nomination of committee members. These dicussions have led to that the following individuals have been asked to become members of the Nomination Committee and have accepted. Henrik Jorlén, representing the Jorlén family, chairman Gun Boström, representing the Boström family Erik Paulsson, representing the Paulsson family Erik Sjöström, representing Skandia The Chairman of the Board, Carl-Gustaf Sondén, participates as co-opted member The Annual meeting will be held at April 27, 2005.
