Nolato Telecom sets up office in Tokyo
Nolato Telecom, which is part of the publicly listed Nolato Group and whose focus is mainly customers in the mobile telephone sector, is setting up a sales and technology office in Tokyo, Japan. “The new office gives us an even greater presence in the important Asian market. With this new operation, we have a better opportunity to support our existing customers’ development units in Japan, but also develop new Japanese customers in the telecom industry,” said Tommy Johansson, head of Nolato Telecom. Nolato Telecom develops and manufactures systems products in polymer materials for mobile telephones, like casings, and has many of the largest manufacturers of mobile telephones as its customers. “The Tokyo office will work very closely with our Asian development and production center in Beijing, China,” adds Johansson. The first person to arrive in Tokyo will be a marketing director from Japan who has extensive experience in both the global and Japanese telecom industry. There will also be a number of engineers on site, and technological resources will be enhanced through collaboration with other parts of Nolato Telecom.
