Val av hemmedlemsstat / Choice of Home Member State

Nordax Nordic 3 AB (publ) ("Nordax Nordic 3"), org. nr. 556961-5254, har enligt 1 kap. 9 § lagen om värdepappersmarknaden valt Sverige som hemmedlemsstat. Detta innebär att Nordax Nordic 3 kommer att offentliggöra information avseende sina obligationer enligt svensk lag och Finansinspektionens föreskrifter. Nordax Nordic 3 har sitt säte i Stockholm och har gett ut obligationer som är upptagna till handel på Irish Stock Exchange plc.

Nordax Nordic 3 AB (publ) ("Nordax Nordic 3"), reg. no. 556961-5254, has chosen Sweden as its home member state in accordance with Ch. 1, Sec. 9 of the Swedish Securities Market Act. This means that Nordax Nordic 3 will publish information about its debt instruments in accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s regulations. Nordax Nordic 3 has its registered office in Stockholm and has issued debt instruments that are listed on Irish Stock Exchange plc.
