Aleksia scheduled to be listed in early 2000 The real estate company Aleksia Plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of the MeritaNordbanken Group. Its real estate portfolio consists principally of prime commercial properties located mainly in the City of Helsinki and its central business district. The listing and public offering of Aleksia shares is scheduled to take place in early 2000. Plans for the listing are based on analyses by the Group's financial advisors, who expect the market situation in early 2000 to be sufficiently favourable for this transaction.
