Nordbanken Hypotek rated Aa3 by Moody's According to a press release issued today, Moody's Investors Service has rated Nordbanken Hypotek AB's long-term debt Aa3. "We are very happy that Moody's has assigned its Aa3 rating to Nordbanken Hypotek Ab", says Eva Andersson, Managing Director of Nordbanken Hypotek AB. "This indicates that our work to maintain the credit quality of our portfolio as well as the company's financial standing are being noticed by credit analysts and investors. This is important with a view to the company's future funding potential on the domestic and international markets, which in turn will benefit our loan customers." Nordbanken Hypotek is a subsidiary of Nordbanken. Its lending to the public at the end of June 1998 totalled SEK 120.7 billion.
